This website is operated by Help India Growth India Foundation, Plot No. S-3, Plot No. B-71, Royal City, Kalwar Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This policy explains how the website handles information. It does not describe the Foundation’s offline activities.

The contact, volunteer and partnership forms ask for your name, mobile number and a message, and optionally your email address, city or district, organisation and areas of interest. You also choose the purpose of your enquiry and confirm your consent.

Please do not send sensitive personal information such as Aadhaar numbers, bank details, health information or details about children through the website.

Your details are used only to read and respond to your enquiry and for related follow-up. They are not sold, rented or used for advertising.

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to the website’s server, which checks them and forwards them to the service the Foundation uses to receive enquiries. The website itself does not keep a database of submissions.

To limit spam, the server briefly keeps a record of the network (IP) address that sent a form, for up to ten minutes. Like most websites, the hosting provider may also record technical information such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

This website does not use cookies for tracking, and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from this website rather than third-party services.

Some links, such as the option to search the Foundation’s address on Google Maps, open other websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and handle related follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law.

You may ask the Foundation to tell you what information it holds about you from the website, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
